Description

A delicious and nutritious flourless bread made from a medley of seeds and almond flour, perfect for toasting and topping with your favorite spreads.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed seeds (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, chia seeds)
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Combine all the seeds, almond flour, nutritional yeast, salt, and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the water and olive oil to the dry mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into your prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  6. Cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

Notes

Allow your seeds to soak in water for a richer taste. The batter can also be prepared a day in advance for deeper flavor infusion.
