Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed seeds (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, chia seeds)
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper.
- Combine all the seeds, almond flour, nutritional yeast, salt, and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
- Add the water and olive oil to the dry mixture and stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into your prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Allow your seeds to soak in water for a richer taste. The batter can also be prepared a day in advance for deeper flavor infusion.
