- 1 cup Fontina cheese, shredded
- 4 slices prosciutto

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Using a sharp knife, create a pocket in each chicken breast.
- Stuff each pocket with shredded Fontina cheese and a slice of prosciutto.
- Season the outside of the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.
- Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
