Description

These Fruit Juice Popsicles are a simple and refreshing treat made with just three ingredients, perfect for hot summer days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of fruit juice (your choice)
  • 1 cup of diced fresh fruit
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the fruit juice and honey or agave syrup if using.
  2. Add the diced fresh fruit to the juice mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  4. Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
  5. To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
  6. Enjoy your refreshing fruit juice popsicles!
