Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic, parsley, cilantro, salt, pepper, paprika, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, prepare the tahini yogurt sauce by mixing yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, and olive oil in a bowl until smooth.
  6. Serve the meatballs warm with the tahini yogurt sauce on the side.
