A delicious and healthy recipe for garlic herb chicken meatballs served with a creamy tahini yogurt sauce.

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic, parsley, cilantro, salt, pepper, paprika, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- While the meatballs are baking, prepare the tahini yogurt sauce by mixing yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, and olive oil in a bowl until smooth.
- Serve the meatballs warm with the tahini yogurt sauce on the side.
Notes
- For extra flavor, let the meatball mixture sit for 30 minutes before baking.
- These meatballs can be served with a side of vegetables or over rice.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
