- 6–8 whole garlic cloves, peeled
- 2 fresh rosemary sprigs
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for searing)

Instructions
- Prepare the Medallions: Pat the tenderloin medallions dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Sear the Medallions: Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear medallions for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Arrange in the Slow Cooker: Transfer the seared medallions to the slow cooker with garlic and rosemary.
- Create the Glaze: Whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, and balsamic vinegar; drizzle over the medallions.
- Slow Cook to Perfection: Cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours.
- Serve and Enjoy: Plate medallions and spoon the garlic-infused reduction over them.
