Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced steak and season with salt and pepper; cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; mix until well combined.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.
  • Feel free to substitute the steak with chicken or shrimp.
