Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring each piece is coated.
- Bake the cod for 15-20 minutes until flaky and opaque.
