- 2 Croissants
- 1 Medium Apple, Thinly Sliced
- 4 oz Goat Cheese, Softened
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- Fresh Arugula (Optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
- Mix the goat cheese, honey, and cinnamon in a small bowl until smooth.
- Spread the goat cheese mixture on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Layer the apple slices on top of the goat cheese.
- Top with the other half of the croissant.
- Warm the sandwiches on a baking sheet in the oven for about 5-7 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
If desired, prepare the goat cheese mixture a day ahead. Keep sandwiches fresh by assembling just before baking.
