Description

A delicious blend of creamy goat cheese and crisp apple slices nestled in a flaky croissant, drizzled with honey and a hint of cinnamon for a luxurious twist on a classic sandwich.


Ingredients

  • 2 Croissants
  • 1 Medium Apple, Thinly Sliced
  • 4 oz Goat Cheese, Softened
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • Fresh Arugula (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
  3. Mix the goat cheese, honey, and cinnamon in a small bowl until smooth.
  4. Spread the goat cheese mixture on the bottom half of each croissant.
  5. Layer the apple slices on top of the goat cheese.
  6. Top with the other half of the croissant.
  7. Warm the sandwiches on a baking sheet in the oven for about 5-7 minutes.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

If desired, prepare the goat cheese mixture a day ahead. Keep sandwiches fresh by assembling just before baking.
