Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the figs by rinsing them under cool water and drying them with a paper towel. Slice lengthwise to create a pocket.
- Mix the goat cheese, honey, and herbs in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Stuff each fig with the cheese mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Bake the figs on a lined baking sheet for about 15-20 minutes, until golden.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
