- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced red onion

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and Dijon mustard.
- Add the cooked macaroni to the bowl and mix well.
- Stir in the diced celery, red onion, bell pepper, and parsley.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
