- 2 tbsp lemon juice

- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken tenders to the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken tenders for 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, dill, and lemon zest to create the dipping sauce.
- Serve the chicken tenders hot with the dipping sauce on the side.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight.
- Serve with a side of Greek salad for a complete meal.
- These tenders can also be baked in the oven at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.
