Delicious and healthy Greek Turkey Burgers served with a refreshing cucumber-yogurt sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cucumber, grated
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Whole wheat buns for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, feta cheese, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- In a separate bowl, mix grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
- Serve the turkey burgers on whole wheat buns topped with cucumber-yogurt sauce.
Notes
- For added flavor, let the turkey mixture sit for 30 minutes before forming patties.
- These burgers can also be grilled for a smoky flavor.
- Serve with a side of salad for a complete meal.
