Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken pieces to the yogurt mixture and coat well.
- If using, sprinkle breadcrumbs over the coated chicken for extra crunch.
- Place the chicken bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the yogurt mixture.
