Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1 cup Tzatziki sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

  6. Top the salad with sliced grilled chicken and drizzle with Tzatziki sauce.
  7. Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
