- 4 whole wheat pitas

- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and let them sit for 15 minutes.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- While the chicken is grilling, prepare the cucumber-tomato salsa by combining cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, and parsley in a bowl.
- Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
- Warm the pitas on the grill for about 1 minute on each side.
- Spread hummus inside each pita, add grilled chicken strips, and top with cucumber-tomato salsa.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
