Description

A refreshing and delicious salad combining grilled peaches, fresh mozzarella, and basil, drizzled with balsamic glaze.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush the peach halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear.
  4. Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.
  5. On a serving platter, layer the grilled peaches, fresh mozzarella slices, and basil leaves.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, marinate the peaches in a little honey before grilling.
