- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1 cup zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine chicken, bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion.
- Add teriyaki sauce and olive oil, mixing well to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Thread the chicken and veggies onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot with extra teriyaki sauce if desired.
