Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then stir in the honey and minced garlic.
  3. Toss the carrot sticks with the honey garlic butter mixture in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread the glazed carrots on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
