Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then stir in the honey and minced garlic.
- Toss the carrot sticks with the honey garlic butter mixture in a large mixing bowl.
- Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Spread the glazed carrots on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.

For best results, avoid overcrowding the baking sheet. You can also use an air fryer as a quicker method.
