- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Add shrimp to the bowl and marinate for 15 minutes.
- On a baking sheet, toss broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Roast broccoli in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Add marinated shrimp to the baking sheet and roast for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes to the marinade.
- Serve with rice or quinoa for a complete meal.
- Make sure not to overcook the shrimp to keep them tender.
