Description

A quick and easy recipe for honey garlic shrimp served with roasted broccoli, perfect for a weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  3. Add shrimp to the bowl and marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. On a baking sheet, toss broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Roast broccoli in the oven for 10 minutes.
  6. Add marinated shrimp to the baking sheet and roast for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
