- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 jalapeños, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, chopped jalapeños, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and lime juice to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
