Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the chicken breasts in the honey lime mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, avocado, and red onion.
- Top the salad with sliced grilled chicken and drizzle with any remaining honey lime dressing.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
