Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F if you prefer warm dates.
- Slice the dates open lengthwise and remove the pits carefully.
- Mix the ricotta cheese with honey and a pinch of sea salt until creamy.
- Stuff each date with the ricotta mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Top with chopped pistachios and drizzle a little more honey on top.
