Hot Chocolate Bombs are a delightful treat that melt into a rich and creamy hot chocolate when added to warm milk.
Ingredients

- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Silicone mold
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Using a spoon, coat the inside of the silicone mold with melted chocolate.
- Chill the mold in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.
- Remove the hardened chocolate from the mold.
- Fill half of the chocolate shells with cocoa powder, mini marshmallows, and powdered sugar.
- Seal the bombs by melting the edges of the other half of the shells and pressing them together.
- Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
- To serve, place a hot chocolate bomb in a mug and pour hot milk over it.
