Description

Hot Chocolate Bombs are a delightful treat that melt into a rich and creamy hot chocolate when added to warm milk.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • Silicone mold

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Using a spoon, coat the inside of the silicone mold with melted chocolate.
  3. Chill the mold in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.
  4. Remove the hardened chocolate from the mold.
  5. Fill half of the chocolate shells with cocoa powder, mini marshmallows, and powdered sugar.
  6. Seal the bombs by melting the edges of the other half of the shells and pressing them together.
  7. Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
  8. To serve, place a hot chocolate bomb in a mug and pour hot milk over it.
