- 2 cups of milk
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 cup of hot chocolate mix
- 8 oz of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add the hot chocolate mix and milk, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
- In a 9×13 inch dish, layer chocolate graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread half of the chocolate mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining chocolate mixture.
- Top with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Serve chilled, topped with whipped cream.
