- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tbsp hot sauce
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey and hot sauce together to create the hot honey sauce.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken to the pan and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour the hot honey sauce over the chicken and stir to coat.
- In another pot, steam the broccoli and red bell pepper until tender.
- Serve the hot honey chicken over cooked rice, topped with steamed vegetables and chopped green onions.
