- ½ cup shredded red cabbage
- 2 green onions (thinly sliced)
- Fresh cilantro or parsley (to serve)

- Drizzle of sriracha mayo

Instructions
- Season the chicken by patting thighs dry and rubbing with the herb blend.
- Make the hot honey glaze by whisking honey, hot sauce, and red pepper flakes together.
- Sear the chicken in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown.
- Glaze the chicken by adding butter and minced garlic, then coating with the hot honey mixture.
- Rest the chicken before slicing it into strips to retain juices.
- Assemble the bowls starting with rice, followed by chicken, veggies, and desired toppings.
