Description

A delicious and spicy appetizer made with cream cheese, jalapenos, and cheddar cheese, perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapenos (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapenos, crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into a ball shape and wrap it in plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  5. Once chilled, roll the cheese ball in crushed tortilla chips until fully coated.
  6. Serve with additional tortilla chips or crackers.

Notes

  • For a milder flavor, remove the seeds from the jalapenos.
