A delicious and spicy chicken sub roll filled with creamy jalapeño popper flavors that everyone will love.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
- 4 sub rolls
- 1/2 cup crispy bacon bits (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning. Mix until well combined.
- If using, fold in the crispy bacon bits.
- Slice the sub rolls in half and place them on a baking sheet.
- Evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto each sub roll.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra spice, add more jalapeños or use spicy cheese.
- This recipe can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- Serve with a side of ranch dressing for dipping.
