Description

A delicious and spicy chicken sub roll filled with creamy jalapeño popper flavors that everyone will love.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • 4 sub rolls
  • 1/2 cup crispy bacon bits (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning. Mix until well combined.
  3. If using, fold in the crispy bacon bits.
  4. Slice the sub rolls in half and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto each sub roll.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add more jalapeños or use spicy cheese.
  • This recipe can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
  • Serve with a side of ranch dressing for dipping.
