- 1 package of Jello (any flavor)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Dissolve the Jello in boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
- Add cold water to the Jello mixture and stir well.
- Refrigerate the Jello mixture until it starts to thicken, about 1 hour.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Once the Jello has thickened, gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!

- Feel free to use any flavor of Jello you prefer.
- For a lighter version, you can use light whipped cream.
