Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Rub the spice mixture generously over both sides of the salmon fillets.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the salmon fillets to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and has a blackened crust.
