Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them.
  3. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  6. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
