Description
A festive and colorful ice cream cake perfect for celebrating July 4th with friends and family.
Ingredients

- 1 box of ice cream sandwiches
- 1 quart of vanilla ice cream
- 1 quart of strawberry ice cream
- 1 quart of blue raspberry sorbet
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- Red, white, and blue sprinkles
- Fresh berries for decoration
Instructions
- Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with plastic wrap.
- Arrange a layer of ice cream sandwiches at the bottom of the dish.
- Spread a layer of vanilla ice cream over the sandwiches.
- Add another layer of ice cream sandwiches on top of the vanilla layer.
- Spread a layer of strawberry ice cream over the second layer of sandwiches.
- Add another layer of ice cream sandwiches.
- Spread a layer of blue raspberry sorbet over the last layer of sandwiches.
- Top with whipped cream and decorate with sprinkles and fresh berries.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Slice and serve to celebrate!

- Make sure to let the ice cream soften slightly before spreading for easier layering.
