Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add broccoli and cauliflower florets to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes until slightly tender.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the cooked sausage to the vegetable mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Pour the cheese mixture over the vegetables and sausage, mixing well.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
