- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add broccoli and cauliflower florets to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes until slightly tender.
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked sausage to the vegetable mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour the cheese mixture over the vegetables and sausage, mixing well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Notes
- For a spicier version, use spicy sausage.
- Feel free to add other low-carb vegetables like spinach or zucchini.
