Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup kimchi
  • 1 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
  2. Add the sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Cook the marinated beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through.
  4. In a serving dish, layer cooked rice, followed by the cooked beef, kimchi, cucumbers, and green onions.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
