Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  4. Meanwhile, prepare couscous according to package instructions.
  5. Once couscous is cooked, fluff with a fork and mix in arugula.
  6. Serve shrimp over couscous and garnish with fresh parsley.
