Ingredients

  • 2 lemons (juiced and zested)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Marinate the chicken breasts in the lemon herb mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet.
  5. Toss the broccoli florets with balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper, and arrange them around the chicken.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is tender.
