Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 lemons (juiced and zested)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pound broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the chicken breasts in the lemon herb mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet.
- Toss the broccoli florets with balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper, and arrange them around the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
