Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, lemon juice, baking powder, vanilla extract, salt, and lemon zest.
  3. Gently fold in the fresh raspberries.
