Description

A refreshing and delightful drink made with mango jelly and sago, perfect for hot days.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango jelly
  • 1/2 cup sago pearls
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup fresh mango puree
  • 1/4 cup sugar (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Soak the sago pearls in water for about 30 minutes.
  2. Boil water in a pot and add the soaked sago pearls. Cook until they become translucent.
  3. Drain the sago and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  4. In a bowl, mix the coconut milk, fresh mango puree, and sugar until well combined.
  5. In serving glasses, layer the cooked sago pearls, mango jelly, and the coconut mango mixture.
  6. Add ice cubes and serve chilled.
