A refreshing and delightful drink made with mango jelly and sago, perfect for hot days.

- 1 cup mango jelly
- 1/2 cup sago pearls
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 cup fresh mango puree
- 1/4 cup sugar (optional)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Soak the sago pearls in water for about 30 minutes.
- Boil water in a pot and add the soaked sago pearls. Cook until they become translucent.
- Drain the sago and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
- In a bowl, mix the coconut milk, fresh mango puree, and sugar until well combined.
- In serving glasses, layer the cooked sago pearls, mango jelly, and the coconut mango mixture.
- Add ice cubes and serve chilled.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness according to your preference.
- For a more tropical flavor, add diced fresh fruits.
- Can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
