- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, maple syrup, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken strips to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade.
- Place the chicken strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
