Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 1 can of white beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna and white beans.
  2. Add the chopped parsley, red onion, and cherry tomatoes to the bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
