Ingredients

- 1 can of white beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup of red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna and white beans.
- Add the chopped parsley, red onion, and cherry tomatoes to the bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
