Description

A delicious and soft besan milk cake that melts in your mouth, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup besan (gram flour)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup ghee (clarified butter)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, cashews)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat ghee and add besan, stirring continuously until it turns golden brown.
  2. Add milk gradually while stirring to avoid lumps.
  3. Mix in sugar and continue to stir until it dissolves.
  4. Add cardamom powder and baking powder, mixing well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased tray and spread evenly.
  6. Garnish with chopped nuts.
  7. Let it cool and set before cutting into pieces.
