Ingredients

- 1 cup besan (gram flour)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup ghee (clarified butter)
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, cashews)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- In a pan, heat ghee and add besan, stirring continuously until it turns golden brown.
- Add milk gradually while stirring to avoid lumps.
- Mix in sugar and continue to stir until it dissolves.
- Add cardamom powder and baking powder, mixing well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased tray and spread evenly.
- Garnish with chopped nuts.
- Let it cool and set before cutting into pieces.

- Ensure to stir continuously to prevent burning.
- Adjust sugar according to your taste.
