Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add miso paste, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the baking pan.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top and swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.

- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing.
