  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a pie dish.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  5. In another bowl, combine cooled coffee, melted chocolate, and vanilla extract.
