- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Whipped cream for topping
- Green and red sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Grease a mini muffin tin and fill each cup with the cookie dough.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are firm.
- Let cool slightly, then use a shot glass to create a well in the center of each cookie.
- Fill the wells with whipped cream and top with sprinkles.
