Ingredients

  • 200g digestive biscuits
  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 200g sweetened condensed milk
  • 50g cocoa powder
  • 100g chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Crush the digestive biscuits into small pieces.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  3. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Add the crushed biscuits and chopped nuts (if using) to the mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Press the mixture into a lined cake tin and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Once set, remove from the tin, slice, and serve.
