- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g unsalted butter
- 200g sweetened condensed milk
- 50g cocoa powder
- 100g chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Crush the digestive biscuits into small pieces.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add the crushed biscuits and chopped nuts (if using) to the mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Press the mixture into a lined cake tin and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Once set, remove from the tin, slice, and serve.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can add a pinch of salt to the mixture.
- Feel free to customize with your favorite nuts or dried fruits.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to a week.
