Description

A delicious and easy-to-make no-bake granola fruit tart that combines a crunchy granola crust with fresh fruits and a creamy filling.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups granola
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruits (such as berries, kiwi, and banana)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine granola, melted coconut oil, and honey or maple syrup until well mixed.
  2. Press the granola mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the granola crust.
  5. Top with mixed fresh fruits, arranging them as desired.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to set.
