Ingredients

- 2 cups of crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 16 oz of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter until well mixed.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch pan to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Spread the cheesecake filling over the crust evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese.
- Top with fresh fruits or chocolate sauce for added flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
