  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup colorful sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the medjool dates and walnuts until finely chopped.
  2. Add cocoa powder, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Process until the mixture is well combined and sticky.
  3. Press the mixture into a lined 8×8 inch baking dish evenly.
  4. Sprinkle vegan chocolate chips and colorful sprinkles on top, pressing them gently into the mixture.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  6. Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!
