- 1 cup medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup colorful sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the medjool dates and walnuts until finely chopped.
- Add cocoa powder, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Process until the mixture is well combined and sticky.
- Press the mixture into a lined 8×8 inch baking dish evenly.
- Sprinkle vegan chocolate chips and colorful sprinkles on top, pressing them gently into the mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!

- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Feel free to customize with your favorite nuts or seeds.
