Description

A simple and delicious one-pan meal featuring chicken and asparagus, served with a flavorful herbed yogurt sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, place the chicken breasts and asparagus.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. While the chicken is baking, prepare the herbed yogurt sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, and garlic in a bowl.
  6. Once the chicken is done, serve it with the asparagus and drizzle the herbed yogurt sauce on top.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in olive oil, lemon juice, and herbs for a few hours before cooking.
  • This dish can be served with rice or quinoa for a complete meal.
