- 8 oz linguine
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup pesto
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine chicken broth, heavy cream, and pesto. Bring to a simmer.
- Add the linguine and diced chicken to the pot. Stir well.
- Cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente and the chicken is cooked through.
- Stir in the cherry tomatoes and Parmesan cheese. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
